  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website

5. Delays & Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes

Bloom Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact information

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video/photo proof for quick resolution

(As per our policy, eligible cases will be replaced, not refunded.)


8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times
  • If the package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, it may be returned
