- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website
5. Delays & Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions
- High order volumes
Bloom Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
6. Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact information
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video/photo proof for quick resolution
(As per our policy, eligible cases will be replaced, not refunded.)
8. Delivery Attempts

- If the package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, it may be returned
